Tequila cocktails

A margarita takes young tequila that has not yet rested in a barrel: lime, salt on the rim, a short glass. The one that has rested in oak is usually left out of it. It is softer, and orange suits it better than lime alone. Mezcal stands apart: it smells of a fire, and it is not a stand-in for tequila. Open the cocktail in Cocktailly.
