Ingredients

• Mezcal — 30 ml
• 151 Proof rum — 15 ml
• Falernum — 15 ml
• Maraschino liqueur — 5 ml
• Lime juice — 22.5 ml
• Sugar Syrup — 15 ml
• Egg white — 3 drops

Preparation

1. Add mezcal, overproof rum, falernum, maraschino, lime juice, simple syrup, and optional egg-white drops to a shaker.
2. Shake hard with ice.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or onto ice in a clay mug.
4. No garnish.
