Ingredients

• Blended Scotch — 2 oz
• Lemon Juice — 3/4 oz
• Honey syrup — 2 tsp
• Ginger Syrup — 2 tsp
• Islay single malt Scotch — 1/4 oz

Preparation

1. Add blended Scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup, and ginger syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Float Islay single malt Scotch on top.
5. Garnish with candied ginger.
6. Serve immediately.
