Ingredients

• Gin — 45 ml
• Lemon juice — 20 ml
• Sugar Syrup — 30 ml
• Angostura Bitters — dash
• Lemon — 1 wheel

Preparation

1. Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
