Ingredients

• Scotch — 52 ml
• Apple cider — 45 ml
• Averna — 15 ml
• Lemon juice — 8 ml
• Simple syrup — 5 ml
• Allspice liqueur — 3 ml
• Angostura bitters — 2 dash
• Apple — 1 slice

Preparation

1. Add Scotch, apple cider, Averna, lemon juice, rich brown syrup, allspice liqueur and Angostura to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. Garnish with an apple slice.
