Irish whiskey and elderflower on the rocks with lemon, sugar and cucumber — Sam Ross’s Maid that traded lime for lemon and found St-Germain.

Ingredients
- Irish whiskey — 60 ml
- St-Germain — 15 ml
- Lemon juice — 22 ml
- Simple syrup — 22 ml
- Cucumber — 2 slice
- Cucumber — 1 slice
Preparation
- Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker.
- Add Irish whiskey, St-Germain, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake hard.
- Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
