Ingredients

• Gin — 60 ml
• Lime juice — 30 ml
• Simple syrup — 22 ml
• Mint — 8 leaves
• Cucumber — 3 slice
• Cucumber — 1 slice

Preparation

1. Muddle mint leaves, cucumber slices and simple syrup in a shaker.
2. Add gin, lime juice and ice. Shake hard.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
