Ingredients

• Gin — 60 ml
• Lime juice — 22 ml
• Simple syrup — 22 ml
• Cucumber — 3 slice
• Cucumber — 1 slice

Preparation

1. Muddle three cucumber slices with the simple syrup in a shaker.
2. Add gin, lime juice and ice. Shake hard.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
