Ingredients
- Gin — 60 ml
- Lime juice — 30 ml
- Simple syrup — 15 ml
- Cucumber — 3 slice
- Mint — 8 leaves
- Cucumber — 1 slice
- Mint sprig — 1 sprig
Preparation
- Muddle mint leaves, cucumber slices and rich simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add gin, lime juice and ice. Shake hard.
- Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint sprig.
