Ingredients

• Mezcal — 60 ml
• Lime juice — 22 ml
• Pineapple syrup — 22 ml

Preparation

1. Add mezcal, lime juice and pineapple syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until chilled.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
