Ingredients

• Mezcal — 30 ml
• Aperol — 22 ml
• Maraschino liqueur — 15 ml
• Lime juice — 22 ml
• Grapefruit peel

Preparation

1. Add mezcal, Aperol, maraschino liqueur and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard until well chilled.
3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled Cocktail glass.
4. Express a grapefruit twist over the drink; discard the peel if desired.
