• Blanco tequila — 60 ml
• Lime juice — 22 ml
• Ginger beer — fill
• Lime — 1 wedge

Preparation

1. Fill a highball glass or copper mug with ice.
2. Add tequila and lime juice.
3. Top with ginger beer and give a brief stir.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
