Reposado and mezcal stirred with agave nectar and Angostura — an agave Old Fashioned on a large cube, flamed orange twist.

Ingredients

• Gold tequila — 45 ml
• Mezcal — 15 ml
• Agave syrup — 5 ml
• Angostura Bitters — 2 dash
• Orange peel

Preparation

1. Add gold tequila (reposado), mezcal, agave syrup and Angostura to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
4. Flame an orange twist over the drink and drop it in or express and discard.
