Ingredients

• Gold tequila — 60 ml
• Grand Marnier — 30 ml
• Lime juice — 30 ml
• Agave syrup — 15 ml
• Grand Marnier — 8 ml
• Salt — rim
• Lime — 1 wheel

Preparation

1. Rim a rocks glass with salt if using, and fill it with ice.
2. Shake gold tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice and optional agave syrup with ice.
3. Strain into the glass.
4. Float eight millilitres of Grand Marnier and garnish with a lime wheel.
