Ingredients

• Gold tequila — 60 ml
• Lime juice — 30 ml
• Agave syrup — 15 ml
• Egg white — 15 ml

Preparation

1. Add gold tequila, lime juice, agave syrup and egg white to a shaker.
2. Dry shake, then add ice and shake hard.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
