Bright, foamy and gently sweet, the Tequila Fizz shakes tequila with lemon, grenadine and egg white before topping with ginger ale for effervescent refreshment.

Ingredients

• Tequila — 2 oz
• Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
• Grenadine — 3/4 oz
• Egg white — 1 piece
• Ginger ale — 2 oz

Preparation

1. Add tequila, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white to a shaker without ice.
2. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
4. Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
5. Top with ginger ale.
6. Stir gently to combine.
7. Serve immediately.
