Ingredients

• Mezcal — 30 ml
• Campari — 30 ml
• Sweet vermouth — 30 ml
• Orange peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add mezcal, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
