Ingredients

• Cynar — 60 ml
• Sweet vermouth — 30 ml
• Lemon juice — 8 ml
• Orange bitters — 6 dash
• Lemon peel

Preparation

1. Add Cynar, sweet vermouth, lemon juice and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
4. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
