Ingredients

• Gin — 30 ml
• Suze — 30 ml
• Lillet Blanc — 30 ml
• Grapefruit peel

Preparation

1. Add gin, Suze and Lillet Blanc to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit zest twist.
