Ingredients

• Dark rum — 30 ml
• Campari — 30 ml
• Sweet vermouth — 30 ml
• Orange peel

Preparation

1. Add dark rum (Smith & Cross–style Jamaican), Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
