Ingredients

• Mezcal — 30 ml
• St-Germain — 30 ml
• Punt e Mes — 15 ml
• Lemon juice — 8 ml
• Lemon peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add mezcal, St-Germain, Punt e Mes and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in or discard.
