Ingredients

• Blanco tequila — 30 ml
• Yellow Chartreuse — 15 ml
• Jägermeister — 15 ml
• Vanilla syrup — 1 dash
• Whole egg — 1 piece
• Nutmeg — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add tequila, yellow Chartreuse, Jägermeister, vanilla syrup and the whole egg to a shaker.
2. Dry-shake to emulsify, then add ice and shake hard.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Grate nutmeg over the foam.
