Ingredients

• Green Chartreuse — 45 ml
• Pineapple juice — 45 ml
• Cream of coconut — 22 ml
• Lime juice — 15 ml
• Mint sprig — 1 sprig

Preparation

1. Add green Chartreuse, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with pebble ice.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
