Pusser's-style dark rum punch at Soggy Dollar proportions: four parts rum to one each orange and coconut, two pineapple. Creamy, sun-warmed, finished with grated nutmeg.

Ingredients

• Dark rum — 120 ml
• Orange juice — 30 ml
• Cream of coconut — 30 ml
• Pineapple juice — 60 ml
• Nutmeg — 1 pinch

Preparation

1. Add dark rum, orange juice, cream of coconut and pineapple juice to a shaker over crushed ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Pour unstrained over crushed ice into a hurricane glass.
4. Grate nutmeg over the top.
