Ingredients

• Lime juice — 30 ml
• Grapefruit juice — 30 ml
• Orange juice — 30 ml
• Pineapple juice — 30 ml
• Orgeat syrup — 15 ml
• White rum — 30 ml
• Gold rum — 30 ml
• Dark rum — 60 ml
• Falernum — 5 ml
• Allspice liqueur — 5 ml
• Pernod — 6 drops
• Grenadine — 6 drops
• Angostura bitters — 1 dash
• Almond flavoring — 3 drops
• Mint — 1 sprig
• Pineapple — 1 chunk

Preparation

1. Add all juices, orgeat, rums, falernum, allspice liqueur, Pernod, grenadine, Angostura and almond flavoring to a blender.
2. Add about 240 ml crushed ice.
3. Flash blend five seconds.
4. Pour unstrained over crushed ice into a large wine glass or rum barrel mug.
5. Garnish with mint and a pineapple chunk.
