Ingredients

• Vodka — 22 ml
• White rum — 22 ml
• Blue curaçao — 15 ml
• Pineapple juice — 90 ml
• Lemon juice — 15 ml
• Sugar syrup — 15 ml
• Pineapple — 1 wedge

Preparation

1. Add vodka, white rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
