Ingredients

• Dark Rum — 45 ml
• Orange Juice — 30 ml
• Pineapple Juice — 35 ml
• Grenadine — 10 ml
• Sugar Syrup — 10 ml
• Angostura Bitters — 4 drops

Preparation

1. Squeeze an orange and strain the juice.
2. Add dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, sugar syrup, and Angostura bitters to a shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake for at least 12 seconds.
4. Strain into a highball glass.
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
6. Serve immediately.
