Ingredients

• Dark rum — 30 ml
• Coconut rum — 30 ml
• Apricot brandy — 15 ml
• Pineapple juice — 45 ml
• Orange juice — 30 ml
• Lime juice — 10 ml
• Angostura bitters — 2 dash
• Pineapple — 1 wedge
• Orange — 1 slice

Preparation

1. Add both rums, apricot brandy, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and Angostura to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and an orange slice.
