Don the Beachcomber tiki for one or two: Jamaican and Puerto Rican rums, orange, lemon and passion fruit over ice in a large snifter.

Ingredients

• Dark rum — 45 ml
• Light rum — 45 ml
• Orange juice — 90 ml
• Lemon juice — 60 ml
• Passion fruit syrup — 30 ml
• Simple syrup — 30 ml
• Orange — 1 slice
• Maraschino cherry — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add both rums, orange juice, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until chilled.
3. Pour into a wine glass or snifter over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
