Ingredients

• Green Chartreuse — 45 ml
• Pineapple juice — 30 ml
• Lime juice — 22.5 ml
• Falernum — 15 ml
• Mint
• Nutmeg

Preparation

1. Pour green Chartreuse, pineapple juice, lime juice, and falernum into a tall glass.
2. Add pebble ice and mix vigorously with a swizzle stick or barspoon until the glass frosts.
3. Top with more pebble ice.
4. Garnish with mint leaves and grated nutmeg.
