Ingredients

• Blackstrap rum — 45 ml
• Campari — 22.5 ml
• Pineapple juice — 45 ml
• Lime juice — 15 ml
• Sugar Syrup — 15 ml
• Pineapple — 1 wedge

Preparation

1. Add blackstrap rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and demerara syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
