Ingredients

• Gold rum — 30 ml
• White Rum — 15 ml
• Passion fruit syrup — 15 ml
• Lime juice — 15 ml
• Honey syrup — 15 ml

Preparation

1. Add gold Jamaican rum, Cuban rum, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, honey syrup, and crushed ice to a blender.
2. Blend a few seconds until just combined.
3. Pour into a footed copo or wine glass.
4. Top with more crushed ice.
5. Garnish with half a passion fruit.
