Ingredients

• White Rum — 30 ml
• Peach brandy — 15 ml
• Lime juice — 15 ml
• Honey syrup — 30 ml
• Mint — 10 leaves
• Pineapple — 4 piece
• Mint — 1 sprig
• Pineapple — 1 slice

Preparation

1. Add white rum, peach brandy, lime juice, honey mix, mint leaves, pineapple chunks, and a half cup of crushed ice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a large coupe or wine glass.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple slice.
