Ingredients

• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Tia Maria — 15 ml
• Orange bitters — 2 dash
• Orange peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add bourbon, Tia Maria and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Flame an orange peel over the drink and discard or rest it on the rim.
