Ingredients

• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Lemon juice — 22 ml
• Strawberries — 2 piece
• Simple syrup — 10 ml
• Angostura bitters — 2 dash
• Ginger beer — fill
• Strawberry — 1 piece
• Lemon — 1 wheel

Preparation

1. Muddle strawberries with simple syrup in a shaker.
2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, Angostura and ice. Shake hard.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a strawberry and a lemon wheel.
