• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Lime juice — 15 ml
• Soda water — fill
• Lime — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add bourbon and lime juice.
3. Top with cold soda water and stir once.
4. Drop the spent lime shell into the glass.
