• Soda water — fill
• Lemon peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with hard ice.
2. Add the Japanese blended whisky.
3. Top with cold soda water and lift once with a spoon.
4. Express a lemon peel over the drink if using.
