Ingredients

• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Lemon juice — 30 ml
• Crème de cassis — 15 ml
• Simple syrup — 15 ml
• Angostura bitters — 1 dash
• Lemon — 1 wedge

Preparation

1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, crème de cassis, simple syrup and Angostura to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
