Ingredients

• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Lemon juice — 22 ml
• Honey syrup — 22 ml

Preparation

1. Add bourbon, lemon juice and rich honey syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard until well chilled.
3. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
4. Serve without garnish.
