Ingredients

• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Grenadine — 5 ml
• Peychaud bitters — 2 dash
• Lemon peel

Preparation

1. Add bourbon, grenadine and Peychaud’s to an Old-fashioned glass with ice.
2. Stir until chilled and lightly diluted.
3. Flame a lemon peel over the glass and drop it in as garnish.
