Ingredients

• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Maple syrup — 8 ml
• Angostura bitters — 2 dash
• Orange peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add bourbon, maple syrup and Angostura to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled and the maple is dissolved.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
4. Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
