Ingredients

• Bourbon — 45 ml
• Angostura bitters — 2 dash
• Sugar — 1 piece
• Water — dash

Preparation

1. Place sugar in an old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters.
2. Add a dash of water.
3. Muddle until dissolved.
4. Fill with ice.
5. Add bourbon.
6. Stir until well chilled.
7. Garnish with orange twist and cocktail cherry.
8. Serve immediately.
