Ingredients

• Sweet Vermouth — 1 1/2 oz
• Scotch — 1 1/2 oz
• Benedictine — 1 1/4 tsp
• Lemon peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add sweet vermouth, Scotch, and Benedictine to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
5. Serve immediately.
