Ingredients

• Irish whiskey — 30 ml
• Sweet vermouth — 30 ml
• Orange bitters — 1 dash
• Orange peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
