Ingredients

• Scotch — 2 1/2 oz
• Dry Vermouth — 1 1/2 tsp
• Lemon peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add Scotch and dry vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
5. Serve immediately.
