Ingredients

• Sweet Vermouth — 3/4 oz
• Bourbon — 2 1/2 oz
• Angostura bitters — dash
• Ice — 2-3 piece
• Maraschino cherry — 1 piece
• Orange peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add sweet vermouth, bourbon, and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry and orange peel.
5. Serve immediately.
