Ingredients

• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Maple syrup — 8 ml
• Angostura Bitters — 2 dash
• Orange peel

Preparation

1. Add bacon fat–washed (Benton’s) bourbon, maple syrup and Angostura to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
