Ingredients

• Averna — 45 ml
• Bourbon — 22 ml
• Lemon juice — 30 ml
• Simple syrup — 8 ml
• Egg white — 15 ml

Preparation

1. Add Averna, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker.
2. Dry shake, then add ice and shake hard.
3. Fine-strain into a rocks glass over ice.
