Ingredients

• Rye whiskey — 22 ml
• Sweet Vermouth — 22 ml
• Benedictine — 22 ml
• Peychaud bitters — 3 dash
• Absinthe — 3 dash
• Maraschino cherry — 1 whole

Preparation

1. Add rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine, Peychaud’s and absinthe to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass (coupe).
4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
