Ingredients

• White rum — 30 ml
• Brandy — 30 ml
• Orange juice — 90 ml
• Lemon juice — 30 ml
• Orgeat syrup — 15 ml
• Mint — 1 sprig

Preparation

1. Add white rum, brandy, orange juice, lemon juice and orgeat to a blender.
2. Add about 350 ml crushed ice.
3. Flash blend a few seconds.
4. Pour over crushed ice into a large wine glass or scorpion bowl.
5. Garnish with mint.
